As educators, students, 和 families, we believe that:
- A transformative educational experience acknowledges 和 develops the diversity of identities 和 experiences that individuals 和 communities bring to institutions
- Individuals 和 communities are the agents of change in our institution
- Educational institutions must be reflective, allow for critical examination 和 be continuously reworked to best meet the needs of the communities 和 individuals they serve.

- The willingness to reflect on our university systems, policies 和 procedures; question whom they serve 和 how well they serve the groups they are designed to serve; 和 revise policies 和 procedures if necessary.
